Effective July 13, 2026. These terms govern use of the RescueOS private beta provided by TravelGrowth AI.
Beta service
RescueOS is an evaluation-stage appointment recovery platform. It may analyze connected signals, prioritize opportunities, draft recommendations, and prepare multi-step workflows. Features, limits, availability, and data handling may change during the beta. The service is provided only to authorized business users.
Website revenue assessments
Website estimates use visitor-provided assumptions and generalized recovery scenarios. They illustrate possible gross recovered revenue and are not forecasts, promises, guaranteed profit, or financial advice. Actual results depend on demand, consent, capacity, pricing, response speed, sales execution, market conditions, and other factors.
Human approval and customer responsibility
RescueOS recommendations are operational assistance, not professional, legal, financial, or compliance advice. You must review evidence, confidence, permissions, and applicable law before approving any external communication, booking change, payment, contract, rights decision, publishing action, or irreversible change. You remain responsible for every action taken through your accounts and integrations.
Acceptable use
You may not use RescueOS to send unlawful or deceptive communications; bypass consent or opt-out obligations; access data you are not authorized to use; discriminate unlawfully; impersonate others; introduce malicious code; defeat platform safeguards; or use automated output without the review required by the product and applicable rules.
Accounts and integrations
You must provide accurate account information, safeguard access, connect only sub-accounts you are authorized to manage and promptly report suspected compromise. Third-party services such as GHL (GoHighLevel)—the CRM, phone, calendar and messaging system RescueOS connects to—remain governed by their own terms. RescueOS is not responsible for changes, outages or restrictions imposed by third parties.
Data and confidentiality
You retain rights in data you lawfully provide. You grant us the limited right to process that data to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. Each party must protect the other party’s confidential information with reasonable care. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Fees, suspension, and termination
The private beta may be offered without charge unless separate written pricing is accepted. Future paid service will require clear pricing and acceptance before charges begin. We may suspend access to protect users, data, or platform integrity, or for material breach. You may stop using the service and request disconnection or deletion through support.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or guaranteed revenue. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the beta. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for RescueOS during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where law does not allow that limitation.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law. Questions can be submitted through the RescueOS support method displayed in the GHL (GoHighLevel) Marketplace listing or through the support page.
