PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy is part of the operating system.

Effective July 13, 2026. This policy explains how RescueOS, operated by TravelGrowth AI, handles information in the private beta.

Information we process

We process account identity details used to create and secure your workspace; business configuration such as name, timezone, phone and industry; GHL (GoHighLevel) OAuth connection details; appointment, conversation and contact event data needed to identify rescue opportunities; and records of agent recommendations, evidence, confidence, approvals and outcomes. GHL is the CRM, phone, calendar and messaging system RescueOS connects to. When a website visitor requests a revenue assessment, we also process the visitor's name, email, mobile phone, industry, assessment answers, calculated range, SMS consent record, source and limited abuse-prevention data.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, isolate tenant workspaces, connect approved integrations, generate internal rescue recommendations, enforce permission and approval rules, maintain audit records, troubleshoot the service, and protect the platform from misuse. We do not use a connection as permission to send external communications or make booking, payment, publishing, contract, rights, or irreversible changes automatically.

Storage and security

Workspace records are logically isolated by company. OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage. GHL (GoHighLevel) webhook signatures are verified when provided, duplicate events are rejected and consequential agent actions remain approval-gated. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so customers should use the minimum permissions needed and promptly report suspected compromise.

Service providers and integrations

RescueOS relies on infrastructure, authentication, hosting and customer-selected integration providers to deliver the service. GHL (GoHighLevel) data is processed only after an authorized user connects the sub-account holding the calls, contacts, calendars and conversations RescueOS needs to monitor. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Revenue assessments and SMS

Revenue ranges are estimates based on answers supplied by the visitor and are not guarantees. Providing a phone number does not by itself authorize text messages. We record SMS consent only when the visitor affirmatively selects the consent checkbox. Follow-up remains queued for human approval and may be delivered through GHL (GoHighLevel) after approval. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply and recipients may reply STOP to opt out.

Retention and deletion

We retain workspace and audit information while an account is active and for a limited period afterward when needed for security, dispute resolution, legal obligations, or service integrity. Private-beta customers may request access, correction, export, or deletion through the support method in the Marketplace listing. Some records may be retained when legally required or necessary to preserve security and audit integrity.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process customer information, providing required notices, honoring communication consent and opt-out rules, limiting connected data to what is necessary, and reviewing agent recommendations before consequential action.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the beta evolves. The effective date above will change when material revisions are published. Privacy questions and data requests can be submitted through the RescueOS support method displayed in the GHL (GoHighLevel) Marketplace listing or through the support page.
