GETTING STARTED

Connect your rescue workspace safely.

RescueOS turns missed calls, cancellations, and dormant leads into prioritized recovery opportunities. Agents prepare the work; your team approves consequential actions.

Safe mode is the default.Connecting a GHL (GoHighLevel) sub-account—the CRM, phone, calendar and messaging system RescueOS reads—does not authorize RescueOS to send customer messages, alter bookings, charge payments or publish content without human approval.
1

Create your private workspace

Open RescueOS, sign in, and add the business name, timezone, industry, and operating phone number that agents should use as context.

2

Connect one GHL (GoHighLevel) sub-account

Choose Connect GHL (GoHighLevel) and select the customer system that already holds the calls, contacts, calendars and conversations you want RescueOS to monitor. Review the requested read-only permissions before approving the connection.

3

Review detected opportunities

Missed-call and appointment events appear as internal rescue opportunities. Inspect the source evidence, estimated value, and agent confidence before acting.

4

Approve or reject proposed actions

Use Approvals to review draft messages and booking recommendations. Rejection keeps the action blocked; approval records the human decision in the audit trail.

5

Measure outcomes

Track appointments saved, response time, lead-to-book rate, and rescued revenue. Treat estimates as operational guidance and reconcile them with your source systems.
